A patient presented to our team requesting something permanent for his missing incisors. Upon clinical examination and xray evaluation the different choices were given. The patient opted for the dental implant route. After some planning and guidance with a CT Scan Dr Craig Greef placed dental implants into the missing sites. The patient had used a temporary denture during the healing period of 3 months.
After the healing period the dental implants were exposed to have the permanent implant crowns placed onto them. The dental implant crowns were constructed using porcelain. The dental implant crowns were placed onto the implants. The treatment was successfully completed. Pictures of before and after treatment have been taken.
