A patient presented wanting a full mouth reconstruction of porcelain crowns. Upon investigation he had been grinding his teeth flat, and as a result his teeth were very short. A full mouth reconstruction was initiated successfully.Twenty four porcelain crowns were placed in his mouth in one sitting. The teeth that were not crowned will be removed.
